Senior Site Manager required in Cambridge   

GVR Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join one of our longest standing clients. They are a well established main contractor who undertake a range of new build and fit out projects in the Residential, Commercial, Education Healthcare and Ecclesiastical sectors.

The initial project the Senior Site Manager will be overseeing is an £12m fit out and extension of a new Healthcare centre, based in Cambridgeshire.

Project: 3 storey building that is now being leased into a new healthcare centre. Across all 3 storeys there will be significant healthcare services installed which include (but not limited to): 4 MRI scanners, 2 CT scanners, 20 consultation rooms and a 3 operating theatres.

Requirements for the Senior Site Manager:

• Must have experience working on refurbishment or fit out projects in the Healthcare and live services sectors
• Experience working for a Well-established main contractor
• Experience working as the no.1 Manager

• Highly driven and have a good eye for detail & quality
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid
• Asbestos Awareness
• Temporary works
• Trade background is preferential but not essential
