Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor required in Hampshire

GVR Solutions have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for a well-established and growing contractor, based in Hampshire. This opportunity is to join their rapidly growing façade and curtain walling division which mainly work within the Residential, Hospitality, Retail sectors plus many more.

The duties of the Senior Quantity Surveyor are:

• Managing the commercial reports and advice to the management team
• Ensure the commercial targets are achieved including project and programme cost, quality and time.
• Delegate work where necessary and liaise with team on project progress
• Prepare cashflows for payments in and out
• Carry out measurement for valuations
• Identify Opportunities and risks
• Attend post tender and pre-contract meetings.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor must have/be:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in construction activities.
• Proven track record of delivering construction projects
• Excellent communication and oral skills
• Comfortable liaising with Clients and Senior Management
• Stable employment history
• High-performing individual
