Commercial Manager (Facades) required in Portsmouth

GVR Solutions have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Façade Commercial Manager to work for a well-established and growing contractor, based in Portsmouth. This opportunity is to join their rapidly growing façade and curtain walling division which mainly work within the Residential, Hospitality, Retail sector plus many more.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Manager:

• Estimating
• Surveying
• Procurement
• Site visits
• Client meetings
• Development of existing relationships
• On-site surveys
• Key decision making

The Commercial Manager must have/be:

• Experience working on either fire mediation or Façade system contracts
• Experience in Construction Surveying
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in commercial management
• Experience working on Residential, Retail, Hospitality  projects
• Strong preconstruction experience will also be considered, as will individuals from a client background
