Commercial Manager (Fire Protection)

Commercial Manager required in Northamptonshire

GVR Solutions have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fire protection Commercial Manager to work for a well-established and growing contractor, based in Northamptonshire. This opportunity is to join their rapidly growing Passive Fire Protection Division which mainly work within the Residential sector.

Responsiblities of the Commercial Manager:

• Estimating
• Surveying
• Procurement
• Site visits
• Client meetings
• Development of existing relationships
• On-site surveys
• Key decision making

The Commercial Manager must have/be:

• Experience working on Passive Fire Protection contracts
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in commercial management
• Experience working on Residential projects
• Strong preconstruction experience will also be considered, as will individuals from a client background
