Roofing & Cladding Site Manager required in Enfield

GVR Solutions are working with a subcontractor who specialise  in fully supported hard metal roofing, facades, cladding systems and flat roofing for all types of projects. They are seeking to employ professionals within this specialised industry, to carry out duties on a
varying size of projects

Responsibilities of the Roofing & Cladding Site Manager:

• Oversee the day to day running of various sites
• Control and implement health and safety on site
• Manage quality control and progressive handovers of installation
• Attend progress meetings
• Manage record keeping for all contract related correspondence and documentation
• Demonstrate negotiation and problem solving
• Excellent verbal communication skills

The Roofing & Cladding Site Manager must have/be:

• Ideal candidate will have a proven record of progression within a construction company
• Cladding installation experience is beneficial but not essential
• Excellent health and safety management
• Minimum SSSTS but SMSTS would be beneficial
• Full Driving license
• Conflict resolution/communication skills
• Must be computer literate
