Drylining Estimator

Drylining Estimator required in East London

GVR Solutions are currently assisting an established Drylining sub-contractor, based in East London, who are on the look out for an Estimator join their preconstruction team.

Key responsibilities of the Estimator:

• Provide quotations to customers promptly and accurately
• Analysing drawings, Specifications and relating documents ensuring all requirements are met
• Dealing with key clients and inbound enquiries
• Manage the inhouse systems ensuring all quotes are assigned to appropriate skill level Estimators
• Ensuring all documents and systems are correctly up to date
• Attend meetings and address issues and recommend improvements
• Deal with new and existing clients

Requirements for the Estimator position:

• Minimum of 2 years estimating experience
• Experience working with contractors and developers
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to interpret customer drawings
• Strong people skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Be proficient in the use of WD Cloud, Window CAD, Window Designer software
