Administrator required in Enfield

GVR are working with a subcontractor who specialise in fully supported hard metal roofing, facades, cladding systems and flat roofing for all types of projects. We are seeking to employ professionals within this specialised industry, to carry out duties on a varying size of projects.

Administrator Responsibilities:

• Help with fortnightly wages.
• Checking time sheets
• Updating attendance register
• Data input
• Knowledge of Sage would be useful not essential.
• Excel/word/outlook essential
• Booking flights/train ticket/hotels etc.
• Help with the management of company vehicles.
• Help with the management of onsite operatives.
• Various office duties including scanning/photocopying/shredding.
