Site Manager- Roofing

Site Manager required in London

Our client are specialists in fully supported hard metal roofing, facades, cladding systems and flat roofing for all types of projects. We are seeking to employ professionals within this specialised industry, to carry out duties on a varying size of projects. Responsibilities of the Site Manager:
• Oversee the day to day running of various sites
• Control and implement health and safety on site
• Manage quality control and progressive handovers of installation
• Co-ordinate site activities in line with programme sequence
• Schedule materials and deliveries in adequate time
• Attend progress meetings
• Oversee projects from start through to completion, ensuring works are completed on time
• Manage record keeping for all contract related correspondence and documentation
• Provide contract related issue resolution, both internally and externally
• Demonstrate negotiation and problem solving
• Excellent verbal communication skills

The Site Manager must have/be:
• A proven record of progression within a construction company
• Cladding installation experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role
• Full understanding of scheduling material and organising installation teams
• Excellent health and safety management
• SMSTS
• Full Driving license
• Conflict resolution/communication skills
• Must be computer literate
