Document Controller – Moorgate
My client is an award-winning Interiors Sub Contractor that specialise in commercial fit out projects across London and the South East. They are now recognised as a leading company that are working with all Tier 1 Main Contractors.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Proactively lead and manage document control on this project, being the first point of contact for all document control issues.
- Effectively set up and manage the document control system during the preconstruction and construction periods.
- Create weekly & monthly project reports as required by the team for formal reporting purposes and internal management of the project.
- Assist the team as required with the booking in of material deliveries to site.
The Document Controller must have/be
- Have been a Document Controller for 2+ Years
- Have experience comfortably and independently using Business Collaborator
- Experience using 4projects, ASite and/or Aconnex
- Proficient in Excel
- Be prepared to take charge when required and voice opinions to the hierarchy regarding process.
- Experience of a similar role in the construction sector
