Site Manager required in East London

GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established main contractors, based in Essex, who are seeking an experienced High-end Residential Site Manager to work on a project in East London for one of their most prestigious clients.

Project: The project is a one of Luxury property in East London that is currently on its Fit out stage. It is a High spec interior designed, Installation of bespoke Joinery, Floor Finishes, Ceiling Coffers, AV Systems and BMS. This is a newly build shell that is coming to the Fit out stage.

Duration: 7 months

Day rate: £300pd

Requirements for the Site Manager:

Must have experience working on Luxury High-end Residential projects
Experience working for a Well established main contractor
Experience working as the no.1 Manager
SMSTS
CSCS
First aid
