They provide Façade design, replacement and remediation works on existing and new build properties and also the installation.

They typically work on the below systems;

• Specialist Renders
• Lightweight Steel Frame
• Terracotta
• Rainscreen Cladding
• Timber Cladding & Insulated Panel

Responsibilities & Duties

• Tracking costs and labour through the project
• Preparing costs for variations
• Producing monthly valuations
• Carry out full construction take off, prepare construction cost plan, track costs & Labour costs efficiency through the project
• Prepare subcontract packages for procurement, agree contracts and manage through to final account

The Quantity Surveyor must have/be

• Be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or working towards this.
• Relevant IT Skills
• Excellent oral communication and written skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
• Confident, Articulate and a critical thinker
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Willing to undertake training and development when needed.
