My client is a specialist drylining subcontractor who focus on all types of Drylining works across the United Kingdom. Due to the continued success with this leading tier 1 main contractor, they have secured a healthy pipeline for the rest of 2023 / 2024.

They have now secured a new Drylining Package which will be running for the next 14 months with the potential to move across to the next phase.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Site compliance with building
• Site compliance with Health and safety regulations.
• Inspect work completed on site and snag all works as the job progresses to avoid defects after completion.
• Working with the Contracts Manager to produce, monitor and maintain the detailed construction programmes
• Monitor progress against these programmes for formal reporting at regular client progress meetings.
• Where required, assist the Contracts Manager with sub- contractor selection and procurement.
• Responsible for the management and coordination of all site employees and subcontractors.
• Liaise with the client / main contractor on all site activities.
• Participate in preparation of; Programme of works, method statements and material requirements.
• Signing off all time sheets and payroll matters.

Site Supervisor Requirements

• Experience as a Site Manager in the drylining market
• Ability to work to programmes and deadlines, and be flexible to adapt to change.
• Have great attention to detail
• CSCS Card
• SMSTS or SSSTS card holder.
