GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established and reputable client who are in the market for a Site Manager to join the team on a Strip out and Fit out project in Central London.

Project: Commercial office Strip out and CAT A fit out of 2 floors

Duration: 12 weeks

Location: Central London

Rate: £240pd – £250pd

This role will be heavily client facing so the ideal candidate will be smart and presentable as they will be dealing with the Landlord and building manager throughout the scheme.

Requirements for the Site Manager:

• Experience working on refurbishment and fit out projects in the commercial sector
• CAT A fit out project experience is essential
• Strip out knowledge and experience is desirable
• Experience working as the no.1 Manager
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First aid
