Facades & Cladding Quantity Surveyor

My client are an industry leading Facades sub-contractor who are looking to expand the Commercial Management team by bringing in an experienced Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will need to have previous management experience working on Facades & Cladding projects.

You will be working on Façade & Cladding packages within the residential and commercial sector across London & The Southeast up to the value of £20m.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Tracking costs and labour through the project
• Preparing costs for variations
• Producing monthly valuations
• Carry out full construction take off, prepare construction cost plan, track costs & Labour costs efficiency through the project.
• Prepare subcontract packages for procurement, agree contracts, and manage through to final accounts.
• Continually seeking to identify and eliminating risk from the business.

Quantity Surveyor requirements

• Have a construction degree or equivalent
• Must have extensive Facades & Cladding project experience.
• A track record of driving business growth
• Experience being an outstanding communicator who seeks to promote two-way communication of honest dialogue
