Experienced Drylining Project Manager Wanted for a Freelance Project - West London

My client is seeking a highly skilled and organised project manager for a freelance drylining project. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in drylining project management and has a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. This role is based in West London.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of drylining projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with subcontractors

• Overseeing the installation of drywall, insulation, and other materials

• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with building codes and regulations

• Managing budgets and ensuring projects stay within budget

• Communicating with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in drylining project management

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations

• Proficient in project management software
